1. Opis usluge

AI BeautyScan is an AI-powered platform for beauty analysis and personalised recommendations. The service is informational in nature and does not replace professional medical or dermatological assessment.

2. Registracija i nalog

• Registration is free via email address and magic link
• You are required to provide accurate information
• Sharing your account with third parties is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

3. Plaćanje i paketi

• The Free plan is free and includes a limited number of analyses
• Paid packages are activated automatically after successful online payment via Paddle
• Payment is processed securely via the Paddle payment platform
• VAT not registered; cene su konačne bez dodatnog PDV-a
• Once a package is activated, refunds are not possible unless there is a technical error on our part

4. Fotografije i sadržaj

• By uploading a photo you grant us permission to perform AI analysis on it
• You guarantee that you have the right to use the uploaded photo
• Uploading photos of third parties without their consent is prohibited
• Photos of minors are strictly prohibited

5. Ograničenje odgovornosti

AI recommendations are informational in nature. We do not guarantee specific results. Use recommendations in consultation with health or beauty professionals. We are not liable for damage caused by improper application of advice.

6. Promene usluge

We reserve the right to modify the service, prices and these terms with prior notice to users by email.

7. Merodavno pravo

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in Belgrade.
